MDDN 241: Concept 1
This concept begin with a solid form, a ruby coloured crystal with a golden ring around in it holding it together. This concept then can go in two different directions. After spinning so rapidly that the shape blurs into a liquid orb, the first concept begins to lose its orb form after stopping spinning. Then it begins to drip and after the 'camera' pans it splashes down into a heap of goop. The other concept is quite different but is generated from the same spinning action. The crystal turns into an orb of liquid with the ring holding it together. The ring then begins to shrink, squeezing the orb until it bursts into an explosion of liquid. The liquid forms up around the ring to create an orb that en-capsules the ring. The pressure of the liquid begins to crush the orb and get 'payback' in a sense. The ring is crushed into a small golden ball inside a ball of water.
